ORIGINAL ART & COMMISSIONS: All sales of original artwork and commissioned pieces are final. No exchanges or Returns. You may reach out to kdanielleart@gmail.com to cancel the order within 24 hours of the sale.
DIGITAL ART DOWNLOADS: All sales of digital downloads are final. No exchanges or Returns.
PRINTS:
Cancellations: You may cancel your order if done within the first 24 hours. Please go over the details of your order very carefully before you make that final purchase. If you are unsure about a print feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns before making your purchase.
Returns: I do not accept returns do to the nature of my business all print orders are made “print to order.”
Exchanges: All exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) being exchanged. This restocking fee will be invoiced to you before the exchange takes place. You may exchange an art print for another print of equal or greater value within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Requirements: To qualify for an exchange the following criteria must be met….

Contact: In order to exchange an order, you must contact me first.

Proof of purchase: To complete your exchange, I require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Without this you wont be eligible to initiate an exchange.

Proof of Print Condition: I will need a photo of your print before you mail back to me to insure its condition before being mailed. If its damaged upon arrival I will know it was not damaged before it was shipped.

Packaging: Prints must be returned in the original packaging and properly packaged in the same manner it was originally sent to ensure you print arrives back safely to my studio. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Any prints damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging or used beyond what it takes for me to re-sell the item it will be rejected for exchange.

Shipping: I will not refund shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange as well as paying any difference in shipping price.
DAMAGED ART: I package all artwork, both originals and prints with the utmost care. I am not liable for any damaged items incurred through the mail carriers. I can’t be held responsible for the mishandling of the mail once it leaves my studio and depending on the damage incurred you may need to file a claim with the shipping service..
However, I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened! If the order is a complete loss and I offer a reprint, I ask that you return the print in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged beyond repair you will need to purchase sturdy packaging from your local post office. You are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.
If your print is damaged after delivery I am unable to replace the print for free, so please take care of your artwork.
NOT DELIVERED / LOST / STOLEN: I am not liable for undelivered packages. If your package is marked “Delivered” with the tracking information provided and is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first ensure that you input the correct shipping address, you should be able to view this in you order confirmation email. If a incorrect address was in fact entered at check out and is delivered back to my studio I am happy to forward this to your correct address but I ask that you pay the additional postage and you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges..
If the shipping address is correct and you never received your item you will need to personally contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. I am unable to remake an order for free because of failed delivery.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRINT: I strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the paintings and prints I sell so I encourage you to review the item descriptions carefully. I also try to represent the accuracy of colors to the best of my ability. Colors may appear differently on different screens. If color accuracy is a concern of yours try viewing on multiple devices.
