Hosted Pop Up Event
What is a Hosted Pop Up? An event that is free for the host and illustrations will be purchased by the event attendees directly.
What is the cost? Illustrations that guests can purchase start at $30.
Who is this event type best for? Community events, fundraisers, small businesses, and art markets.
Sponsored Pop Up Event
What is a Hosted Pop Up? An event that is paid for by the host, where attendees receive free illustrations.
What is the cost? My standard hourly rate starts at $200/hour with a minimum booking of two hours. Final cost will depend on the style of portrait and number of attendees. A 50% deposit will be due at booking, with the rest due one month before the event.
Who is this event type best for? Businesses and storefronts looking to host client appreciation events, or corporate and employee appreciation events.
Private Events & Weddings
What is a Private Event? Illustrations for private events offer the most flexibility and customization options.
What is the cost? My minimum hourly rate starts at $200/hour with a minimum booking of two hours. Final cost will depend on the style of portraits requested, number of attendees, any custom add-ons, and applicable travel fees. A 50% deposit will be due at booking, with the rest due one month before the event.
Who is this event type best for? Weddings, birthday parties, holiday parties, and other private celebrations.

Event FAQs
Do you only do events in Seattle?
Most pop-ups are done within 30 minutes of Seattle. I'm willing to travel further for private events, although there may be a travel fee depending on the distance.
How do illustrations at events work?
Portrait subjects pose for a quick photo, or they can send me a photo they'd like me to use. Then, I create an illustration for them to take home in 3-10 minutes, depending on the style of portrait!
Do you do weddings?
I do! Weddings start at my hourly rate of $200/hour, and the price will depend on the number of guests, style of portrait, applicable travel fees, and any add-ons. Add-ons include custom illustrated table signs, cocktail signs, and place settings.
How many portraits can you do at the event?
Depending on the style of portrait you have chosen for your event, I can do 6-15 illustrations per hour. If your number of guests is more than I can illustrate in the allotted time, we can either set up pre orders, or the remaining portraits can be completed in my studio and mailed after the event.
What kind of portraits do you do?
I offer a variety of illustration styles for events! I use a few different mediums, like paint pens, markers, and watercolor. If you'd like a specific style or medium, everything can be customized for your event. I do both pet and people portraits!
